Submit the drawings of your new home

Schedule a meeting

You will be contacted by a Superior Walls rep and offered a tour of our plant and office in Beausejour, MB. Here we will explain how our precast walls are built and installed and talk about all options available to you.

You will be provided with your quote

You are presented with your quote which includes all details associated with your project: Full CUBE (excavation, piles or footing, drain system, backfill, slab, etc.) or Install Only.

Provide a deposit that’s 50% the value of your quote

Before production of your walls can begin, you will be required to provide a deposit.

You will be presented with engineered supplemental drawings

These drawings are for you to take to your permit office to show you are using our walls in place of what is on your original stamped drawings.

Both engineered drawings will be required for permit application

Production of your walls begin!

Once your permit is in hand, your walls will be scheduled for production as per your timeline.

Your walls are delivered to your site

Your walls are delivered and installed

Remember that our walls come with a minimum 15 year warranty. Once final payment is received, you can register online here.
