We’ll take your customized plans and determine the dimensions of the walls.  We will begin the precast process in our Beausejour manufacturing facility.  While we cast and cure your concrete walls in house, other staff will head to your lot to prepare your new foundation.

Here’s how it happens:

1. Site Preparation
We will coordinate the survey, site prep, and excavation, including clearing the lot and checking for power lines and pipes that might interfere with our work. Meanwhile, you can focus on landscaping.

2. Install Footings or Piles
We will coordinate the footings install.  For best results we recommend Form-A-Drain, a concrete forming and drainage system, to ensure water runs away from, not towards, your foundation.

If it best suits your site, we can also dig and pour concrete pilings for support. Meanwhile, you can dream about your new home theatre space.

3. Foundation Wall Installation
We will deliver your precast concrete walls to your site and crane into set position on your concrete footings or piles.  The wall panels will be secured with a special adhesive and clamps.

Since our precast walls come pre-studded, they are ready for wiring and plumbing. All you have to do is choose an electrician and plumber.

4. Final Preparation for Home Build or Install
Once the site is inspected, we will add a lip on top of the foundation walls, making them ready for you to either build or install your home.
